Virtual Presentation Instructions

All accepted papers will be presented during the technical sessions by using pre-recorded presentation videos. Because the authors are from different time zones, conference organizers will play the videos for the authors.

Requirements for your video files:

• Length: 15 minutes
• File format: .mp4
• Dimensions: height >=720 pixels, aspect ratio: 16:9
• File size: 500 MB (maximum)

• PowerPoint: Create voice over PowerPoint and convert to MP4
• Zoom: Local Recording – Zoom Help Center
• WebEx: Record a meeting – Webex Help Center
• Google Meet: Record a video meeting - Meet Help
• Microsoft Teams: Record a meeting in Teams - Office Support
